The pneumatic clamp valve is a device that controls the switch of the inner sleeve through the gas pressure in the valve body cavity. It mainly consists of the valve body, inner sleeve, flange, etc. It has advantages such as smooth medium flow, low friction resistance, zero leakage closure even with residual particles, gapless and dead angle valve operation, low maintenance costs, simple structure, and resistance to harsh external environments. By utilizing the oil-free gas pressure or water pressure between the valve body and the inner sleeve, the flexible elastic hose (inner sleeve) is compressed to close off the flow. When the pressure in the valve body cavity reaches a certain level, the inner sleeve contracts and extrudes the medium in the pipe, closing the valve. When the pressure in the valve body cavity decreases, the inner sleeve opens the closed cross-section under the combined action of restoring elasticity and medium pressure, allowing the inner sleeve to remain unobstructed.
