Overview
The NYP series gear pump's crescent cover, pump casing, and bracket can all be equipped with insulation jackets, allowing for selection of insulation locations based on actual needs. The jacket is cast as a single piece, providing good insulation effects and avoiding various issues caused by welded jackets. When heating is required: heat steam, heat transfer oil, and other thermal media can be introduced into the jacket cavity for insulation. When cooling is needed: various cooling liquids can maintain a constant temperature of the pump body.
The NYP high-viscosity insulation pump has the following advantages:
1. Sealing maintenance, replacement, and upgrades are convenient; the bearing part is a single integrated component, and the entire sealing chamber can be removed by simply unscrewing the top screw.
2. The gap at the gear tail is conveniently adjustable: the NYP high-viscosity pump can meet the process requirements at different viscosities by adjusting the gear gap according to viscosity needs. The gap can be adjusted simply by rotating the bearing box, making operation easy.
3. Convenient adjustment and replacement of packing: the wide bracket cavity of this model pump allows for packing adjustment and replacement without disassembling the pump.
4. Some important components can be replaced with various high-temperature, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-pressure, and self-lubricating materials according to process needs.
5. The insulation jacket is cast as a whole, providing good insulation effects and zero leakage. The NYP series pumps produced by our company are widely used in various fluid transportation industries, especially suitable for transporting fluids with significant viscosity variations and a wide range. They can be used to transport pure fluids with a certain viscosity, such as lubricating oil, crude oil, etc.; they can also be used to transport high-viscosity materials without particulate impurities, such as rubber, asphalt, paint, adhesives, dyes, coatings, lubricants, polyols, food, and pharmaceuticals.
