Overview
The QCB series rubber asphalt pump is an external gear pump, consisting of two gears, a pump body, and front and rear covers that form two closed spaces. When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the disengaged side of the gears increases, creating a vacuum that draws in the medium, while the volume of the space on the engaged side of the gears decreases, pushing the medium into the pipeline.
The QCB series rubber asphalt pump is specially designed by the company for transporting rubber powder modified asphalt, successfully developed in 2011 and awarded a utility model patent the following year. It is particularly suitable for transporting media containing small particles of steel wire, sand, and other impurities with high hardness and toughness obtained by shredding old tires.
