Import tax policy for major technological equipment has changed!
In order to improve the core competitiveness and independent innovation capabilities of Chinese enterprises, accelerate the revitalization of the equipment manufacturing industry, promote the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure, and promote the sustainable development of the national economy, the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the General Customs The State Administration of Taxation, the State Administration of Taxation, and the National Energy Administration jointly issued the "Notice on Adjusting Import Tax Policies for Major Technical Equipment" (Caishui [2014] No. 2) and the "Notice on Adjusting Relevant Catalogs and Regulations on Import Tax Policies for Major Technical Equipment ( Caishui [2015] No. 51)", adjusted the import tax policy of major technological equipment.
