Jacket is casted as a whole, has good heat preservationeffect, and could avoid various problems arising from jacket welding. For heating: It is available to reserve heat by charging various thermal media such as hot steam and heat conduction oil, etc. into the jacket; for cooling down: It is available to maintainthe constant temperature of the pump body through various cooling liquids. NYP high-viscosityheat preservation pump has the following advantages:
 

1. The pump could be repaired, replaced, and upgraded conveniently, the bearing part is an integral part, and the whole seal cavity may be screwed off only by unscrewing the top screw.

2. The clearance at the tail part of gear may be adjusted conveniently. NYP high-viscosity pump may, upon the demand of viscosity, achieve the technical requirements under different viscosities by adjusting gear clearance.

The clearance may be adjusted easily only by rotating the bearing housing.

3. The stuffing may be adjusted and replaced conveniently: This model of pump has a broad bracket cavity, so it isavailable to adjust and replace the stuffing without dismantling the pump.

4. Some important parts may be changed to various high-temperature-resisting, anti-wear, anti-corrosion, anti-highpressure, and self-lubricating materials upon technical demand.

5. The heat-preservation jacket is cast as a whole, and has good heat preservation effect and zero leakage.
