Wide applicability:
The LCB asphalt pump is suitable for transporting viscous liquids that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non-corrosive, and have a temperature not exceeding the limit (usually 80℃, but can be adjusted to temperatures such as 200℃ or 300℃ according to requirements).
The viscosity range is broad, generally 5×10-3m²/s (5~1500cSt), and can also be adjusted according to specific models.
Reasonable structural design:
The pump body is equipped with oil leakage and return grooves, which reduce the torque force that the gears bear during operation, thus reducing bearing load and wear, improving the pump's efficiency and service life.
The gears are manufactured with a double arc sine curve tooth profile, which, compared to involute gears, has no relative sliding on the tooth profile surface during meshing, resulting in no wear on the tooth surface, smooth operation, low noise, and long service life.
Overload protection function:
This pump is equipped with a valve as overload protection, with the valve's full return pressure being 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure, which can also be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, it should be noted that this valve cannot work as a pressure relief valve for long periods.
Insulation performance (for insulated LCB asphalt pumps):
Some LCB asphalt pumps (such as the LCB insulated asphalt pump) have a pump body designed with an insulated jacket, which can utilize steam or heat transfer oil circulation for insulation, allowing the pump to operate normally in environments below zero degrees.
Equipped with a hollow interlayer and inlet and outlet flanges, it can be used to heat and insulate or cool the transported liquid and pump with media such as heat transfer oil, steam, and hot water.
Wide range of transported media:
Suitable for transporting various oils (such as heavy oil, diesel, lubricating oil), asphalt, glues, resins, detergents, and other non-corrosive, viscous liquids that do not contain solid particles.
It can also be used to transport specific viscous liquids in industries such as chemicals, coatings, dyes, fats, food, and pharmaceuticals.
Easy maintenance:
The structure of the LCB asphalt pump is relatively simple, making it easy to disassemble and clean, thus reducing maintenance costs and time.
